Hi Paul, welcome aboard, this forum is still here but a little quiet at the minute, my own build is temporarily on hold while I move and I think its the same for a couple of others as well, Updates do come along every now and then though, would be great to see your thread.

Hi Terry, if you click on 'User Control Panel' in the upper right corner of the screen then on the next screen you will see an Options box on the left, under that click on 'Profile' and then 'Edit Account Settings' in there you can change you email and password.

Yes, they are 3mm, I'm going to be honest, I ordered mine from Owen Engineering along with the fully constructed rear suspension top mounts.
