The torch on my Murex Mig packed up today, one of the trigger wires has lost continuity either along its length or at the Euro connector. Trying to get the Euro connector apart to check the connections and the plastic seems a bit brittle and is cracking.

Anyone recommend a good replacement? would prefer one a little longer than the present 3m one.

If you go with the murex one Bruce there are spares easily available, the one we use is 4mts long but more importantly very flexible.

That was a bargain Bob! I can only find that one listed for about £400+VAT

Going to go with a Parweld Pro Grip type 15 http://www.weldequip.com/eurotorch-sb150.htm That should do me for most stuff I think, for heavier stuff I may need a type 25.

Hi Ste, thank's for coming back, I did get the MB15 but as yet haven't even plugged it in, been busy with lot of other bit and pieces. My thoughts were the 15 would be fine for most stuff and I might need a 25 for heavier bits. Come I come back to you when I've had chance to try it out?
