The best reading is the build logs, after that its all the catalog's like demon tweeks, kitspares and the like.The shopping and buying right is an essential part of this to stop it all running way over budget.

I'd definitely agree with Bob, read through as many build diary's as you can, each one can yield small bits of useful info then when you put all the ones together that are applicable to your build you have a broad spectrum of solutions.
