hi all i am new to this forum currently researching building a roadster, probably mx5 based, i come from a background of building landrovers and rally cars from bare shells, also tried to join the locostbuilders forum but i cant seem to register is that forum still active?

Hi there and welcome aboard, its a bit quiet at the moment, I think everyone's hibernating early. As far as I'm aware Locostbuilder's is still active.

thanks that was going to be my next question, i am in fife scotland, i have been in one before but that was a long time ago and a rather rough escort based one at that, i am planning to go down the mx5 route, i live near a stockcar track so sierras are ubber rare and expensive beasts round here
