I have been trying to create a structured list of what I thought the most commonly looked for resources were on the forum.

In links I have created 4 categorised stickies, each one listing the resources appropriate to it. Its only a start and before I go any further wanted to get some feedback as to if people think its going to be useful.

The difference between Traders and Links is in Traders suppliers are free to create fancy advertising/special offers etc if they choose to promote themselves, whereas Links is a comprehensive list of suppliers that may or may not be participating members of the forums.

Any thoughts/suggestions??

Bruce

Good idea, and i think its nice to have 'testimonies from customers' in one place, although i get the impression that some dubious suppliers create identities just to plug their kit, and p-d off customers do the same to complain... Don't suppose there's any getting away from that though!

Thanks for FB guys, JPS, its a very valid point and was discussed a bit when the sections were first created, I'm working on putting guidelines in the sections and then we'l have to monitor it, hopefully any abuse will be quickly spotted or reported and dealt with.

Cheers

Bruce

Thanks for taking the time to do that Bruce. :D :D

Sadly that's the kind of forum management I easily let slip.

I am sure that with your help, we'll have a very well structured forum. 8-) :)

I tried to post in the suppliers sticky, but there's no reply function. Am i doing something wrong? It was going to be more of a question actually, to ask if car builder solutions do a printed version of their massive catalog?

Yes they do a printed version, IIRC you just sign up on their website for their newsletter and they send a catalogue FREEEEEEEEE :D

I will have to looksie what I done  you should have been able to reply to sticky's to add bits/amendments etc
