 Post subject: Fitting Rear Wings

1. Remove the wheel if fitted. Use masking tape where the wing is to sit.

2. Now using a quick action clamp, lightly clamp the wing in rough position.

3.1 Making sure the bottom of the wing lines up with the back panel bottom.

3.2 and bottom of the side panel

4.Put the wheel back on and tweak the wing so its symmetrical front and back

5. Tightly clamp the wing with the quick clamp and check its not moved. Now mark with a pencil around the wing so you have its location permanently marked.

6.Remove wheel. Drill though the lip of the wing into the bodywork at your preferred intervals. I had about 7 fixings on mine which is plenty. I used m6 stainless fixings.

7. Put in temp fixings as you go to stop the wing moving, checking against your pencil marking.

8. Once all the holes are drilled, remove fixings and wing. Remove the masking tape and refit wing. I used "Tadpole" Rubber Trim between the wing and bodywork.
