What are people's thoughts on the triangulation at the rear end, specifically, the diff/suspension area.

I'm contemplating cross bracing behind the diff and also maybe at the front, behind the steering rack

Not got my book here so can't give the tube names but the GBS zero has the front cross as can be seen here

The guys building the roadsters in auz have to pass a torsional chassis twisting test. The roadster fails this test but it is fixed with more bracing around the bulkhead area, this is the area that was found to be the weak point. This is why some people like to leave in the lower tube that goes under the bellhousing.

I have concerns with my bulkhead area, I was thinking of using a thicker footwell plate to help compensate.

There is a bit in this Bruce, talon reckons that mig welding all the floor panels in steel rather than using ali and rivets adds a lot of rigidity to the chassis.

I would have thought that the addition of the double roll over bar would add considerable stiffness to the chassis. Just thoughts.

Yes definitely think a one piece steel floor pan is the way to go.
