Hi, I did the pedals as per the Saturn plans , but use a thicker clutch pedal, I used the mx5 master cylinder, and the bias valve for the F/R split and you will have to get a 0.7 m/c for the clutch.
as they say a picture is worth a lot more so here are a couple.
incidentally I got my pedal kit off the bay from plazcut NTDWM has kits and ready made / powder coated

thanks gary , i saw another that retained the mx5 peddle box and servo, also i see you dont appear to have a flexi onto the clutch slave?

no I used a coil of about 3 turns as it is so close and there will be only a small amount of movement basically like a coil spring , also you wont need the servo given the lack of weight and thus brake effort required. just remembered watch out for " clutch" master cylinder threads mine wasn't M10 it was something like bsf would need to look back and try and find the receipt to get the correct size.
After what you said re. stainless brake hoses I went with rubber as per the Saturn description, so should be ok now. The rear ones I shortened the threaded portion by @7mm to aid clearance then connected up, and tweaked the bracket to set the clearance. the fronts mmmmm well how I have my front arch supports and the proximaty of the wheel really didn't give much clearance so I used the banjo connector with a female end (off the master cylinder and hence why I needed another one) now plenty of clearance but now discovered I need some rack stops as on full lock the arch is touching the indicators and stretching the flexi more than I like.
so tick one job off and create another :)
